Designed a 100 Ω differential line driver in 40 nm CMOS with better than 12-bit linearity over all temperature, power supply, and process corners.

• Input signal frequency was between 1 MHz to 400 MHz.
• Provided 1 V_pp per side output signal over all corners.
• Provided line impedance adjustment capability.
• Driver loop phase margin better than 40 degrees.
• Power dissipation was less than 170 mW from 2.5 V supply.
